Not Me! Monday

Oh, Monday. Today is a quasi-weekend day...what a sweet thing for Monday to do for us. Alas, it is still Monday, so I'm loving confessing (or not really) some of the things I DID NOT do this past week.

While feeling quite queasy Wednesday and not eating for most of the day, I DID NOT eat part of a Jilly's cupcake that Ging brought over. Nope, that would be completely foolish.

Also that night I watched A League of their Own, and I DID NOT cry several times. That would be crazy...it's a comedy. Why would one cry at that? Not me!

I DO NOT have a stack of St. Louis Post-Dispatch Let's Eat sections sitting next to me, waiting for me to decide which recipes to clip and save and which to recycle. Not me! I always keep up with those kind of things and not let them pile up from December! No way.

This weekend we traveled to Tina, Missouri to visit Michael's dad's family. The kids played and played and played. (If you're FB friends with Sandy Jo, she's got some great pictures up!) Anyway, we adults DID NOT take turns on the Wii playing Super Mario Brothers 3 or Wii fit. Nope, we did very adult things while only the children played Wii. We would NEVER take a child's turn "to help" them out. Not ever. Not one time.

I am NOT considering buying the children vinyl clothing. I DO NOT think this would be easier to keep up with the laundry. Then I could just hose them off or throw them, in their clothes, in the tub, and everything could get clean at the same time. I DO NOT fantasize about this.
